We have had reports that emails are not being responded to.

We are currently receiving a huge amount of spam emails, currently in the region of 100 to 200 a day; this is making our email system practically unusable.

This happened to us before on a different email address so we changed it to the current one as a fix, this has worked for the past two years but recently they have caught up with us again.

We have two spam filters in place one at a receiving ISP and the other at our mail server, unfortunately the spammers are using random wording and changes to letters and spaces etc to bypass the filters, we are currently unable to stop them all.

Due to the extensive use of spam filters some emails from customers may be deleted before reaching us, this is very unlikely as we choose our keywords very carefully and our ISP is a much respected company as well. However unlikely it is not unheard of and this may be the situation that you are experiencing.

Also because we are receiving great amounts of emails even after the spam filter has taken its share of traffic we need to delete them manually, this is very time consuming as they use random keywords for all, from and subject lines, this means we can not just bulk delete but quickly scan each body text and delete as appropriate.
Due to the time involved and quantity to be deleted it may be that in some circumstances valid emails are deleted, we are very careful but mistakes can happen.

If you send us an email and we do not respond in two days send another, if we then do not respond then please give us a call on 08707 450028, please also note that some emails require some investigation in which case it may take more than two days, we will normally send an acknowledgment if this is the case.

There is also a chance of human error, sometimes email can be received and not dealt with, this can be caused by being side tracked by extra work pressure or commitments, although we try to avoid such situations they may still arise.

Any questions please call us on 08707 450028

We are aware that some customers are using companies that interrupt the delivery of mail to verify the sender as a valid sender, theses are often used to build spamming lists so we do not respond to any requests for verification.

If you use this type of service then your emails from us will be blocked.

We have been advised by customers that they have sent hundreds of emails and are generally Irate by the time they ring us.

If you have sent many emails and they have not been responded too, there is obviously a problem, sending a thousand emails will not resolve this problem.

We do not ignore emails if after 3 emails you have not heard from us give us a ring on 08707 450028.
