Although we hold no information which could compromise your security we have taken the following safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access.

The Marked for life Database has no physical connection to the internet, our database servers are totally independent to our web servers

Only four groups have access to your record.

The first is yourself, however you can only have details if you can quote your own password. (If you have forgotten your password you can request a copy of your details, there is a charge of £4.95 for administration and the details will be shipped to your registered address).

The second, the police, They can only have access if they can quote their own password. All 52 police authorities have their own ID and password.

The third, insurance companies, again they need to register and have their own password, (they have only restricted access and must have a valid reason).

The fourth, MFL staff.

MFL will not sell your details to any other company, however we may inform you of discounts on other products we feel may be of interest to you.

If you ticked the opt out box on your application form you will not receive the details of special offers, you can however get the details on our website.
